Our cheese monger Jon Carron created what we believe to be the finest cheese selection in all of Tampa. We will have the more popular imported and domestic cheeses on hand, in addition to the largest selection of artisanal cheeses, many never offered before in our fair city.

Jon personally chose the most unique handcrafted imported and domestic cheeses of the highest quality. Guests will be amazed by the extensive variety and tantalizing flavors of handmade goat, sheep and cow's milk cheeses from the world over. You will be, too.
